Montauk
We are going to Montauk at the end of July. We have 3 kids 6,5,and 3. We are also going with other families but not sure if any of the restaurants will seat a large party. If not we will have nights to go out just us and our kids.
What are some of your favorite restaurants?

All the restaurants except the really tiny ones can seat big groups. Just make a reservation
My favorite is the Inlet. People love the Harvest, I am not a fan.
Gosman's is good too.
In town, there is a taco place, right before you leave, across from the church annex, I believe it is called Gringos, that is REALLY good.
ETA I also love the Montauket. Go for a drink/sunset. We usually don't eat there though. You can bring kids, the seating is outside.

Inlet Seafood is our #1 Pple love The Harvest but it is fancy and you def need a reservation. The food is good tho. Saltbox is great for casual, in town eating. We randomly went to a place in town called Shagwong Tavern and it was one of the best meals of the trip!! LOL

Shagwong has been around FOREVER.
My entire childhood I have memories of the sign in the window that says "piano player needed, must have knowledge of shucking clams"

My parents love Bliss but I've never been.
The Gig Shack is owned by childhood friends of mine, they're characters

So we’re just finishing up a week in Montauk and we ended up trying out a couple restaurants that we haven’t been to yet.
Saltbox is now closed and Montauk Circle Burger opened in their place. Same exact decor. The food was good but the service was very slow. They just opened in May and do not have a full liquor license yet, so they are only serving wine and beer.
We also tried Swallow, Muse and The Surfside Inn for the first time. They were all excellent. We’d definitely go back to those 3 again.
