Swedish meatball burger

So this was an experiment that I tried. It worked well. Usually I like Swedish meatballs in meat ball form, but I just felt like a burger tonight.

Here’s the recipe:

Mixed some ground beef with some onions (1 chopped finely) , breadcrumbs (1/4 cup), milk (2-3 Tablespoons), allspice, and salt and pepper. Formed them in some patties. I fried up the burgers and let them rest. I then fried up some mushrooms (in the same pan; I use cast iron) with butter. I added some cream to this sauce and let it get thickened. Put the burgers on buns with some lingonberry jam and the mushroom cream sauce. It was great.
