Wellness retreat?
My girlfriends and I would love to do something like this. Hike, exercise classes, yoga, healthy food, peace and quiet, etc. I'm sure this exists but where? Does not need to be local! We mommas need to disconnect and reboot! Any ideas?

Wellness retreat?
Europe has tons of them. Perhaps that is too far for you. You do have to be naked for the spa part, so you may not be comfortable with that.
This sounds like something upstate would have.

I heard mohonk mountain house upstate is nice. They have hiking and stuff like that, and they have a really nice spa apparently

Look up Canyon Ranch resorts. there used to be one in Miami but I think that one is no more. I know there are others but not sure where they are located
It's exactly what you are looking for though
