In-wall AC removal and re-brick the outside
I was just quoted $2100 to remove the AC in my bedroom wall and re-brick the area. That seems crazy right???
Does anyone have a guy they recommend to do a small job like that and WONT charge me 2k? lol

That actually sounds kind of reasonable. You have to consider that brick work in and of itself can be pretty expensive. We closed a door and resided the outside and it was around $1,500. I'd imagine brick would be more.

No, that is very reasonable. The detail that they need to do to make sure the brick looks like your existing as much as they can is a lot of work. You don't want them to slap on any brick.

For the amount of work, that sounds great!

Yeah that's about right. Brick work is very labor intensive.
