Fitbit notifications- texts

So my iPhone updated and I’m no longer getting text notifications. I’m getting call notifications and notifications once my outbound call connects. And also calendar notifications.

I updated the new software.

Anyone else having this issue?

Yes me too. It's so annoying. I did all the steps the fitbit app told me to do. Restart the Fitbit, update app, but still issues. They said it's still an ongoing issue so we'll see.

Same issue here. I keep checking to see if there are any new updates as mine won’t log exercise anymore unless i log out and back in every day

Ugh - was hoping it was just me! I’m so used to text alerts I don’t check my phone much. And I did the updates so i figured it would be fixed but i guess not.

I tried a bunch of things to fix it too, but I no longer get text notifications. It’s so frustrating. I thought maybe it was because I had an older Fitbit, but I wonder if it’s happening to all of them due to the updates.

I wasn't getting them either. then I saw a fix online that said to turn on text previews and that solved the problem for the most part. Sometimes I still have to restart my phone.

I had the same problem too. Actually also had an issue with the car bluetooth as well.
I think I had to disconnect it and reconnect.
I forgot how I fixed it. Either that or another update came out and fixed it.
Sorry, it will work eventually with another update, but try removing it and reconnecting it.

I rely on my Fitbit too bc I never have the ring on and it's thrown in my purse.
