Promoting Gala

Those who run/attend fundraising galas:

Our school only allows individuals who purchase gala tickets to purchase raffle tickets, which seems a bit silly to me-they only raise money on the raffles and the 50/50.

Does anyone know of other ways to approach this?

Promoting Gala

We do a preview the day of the event and people who are not attending the gala can come and purchase raffles. That is all we do for the baskets as I can't see an easier way to do it without people physically putting in their tickets. Our 50/50 does got out to the entire school and we pull it at the gala.
