Anyone take any classes? I took a trail class yesterday and really like it but the cost is so high.

I had to look it up. Never heard of that before.
I tend to stay away from things that are too costly. You can join a local gym with classes and take whichever ones feel similar to this. And with the $ you save, you can use a trainer 1-2x a week for extra attention to certain areas
I love Crunch fitness. It's very affordable and the classes are great
