Kalahari vs. Great Wolf- 1 night
going to go the 4/13 or 4/14 for one night. Great wolf is $349 with an employee discount ($429 if we include the meal package), kalahari is $399
DD is 3.5

We have not done GWL but we did Kalahari a couple of times, the most recent being last week. We love it there. My little guys are 3 and 4 and they had a blast. That being said, I'm sure GWL has something comparable and at that age, any ole pool will do. It looks like GWL will be less money by what you posted. It was not an inexpensive weekend at Kalahari.
I did pick up a tip though. Do not order any extras or upgrades in advance. Book everything (on the phone!) bare bones and then upgrade on check in. Online, the basic room was like $450/night. When I called, it was like $375/night. I asked about the suites because I have 3 boys and it was up to like $1600 online and $1450 on the phone for that. There is no way I was paying that for a weekend in Pocono Manor. Then, when I checked in, she asked me if I was willing to upgrade. I asked how much. It was $200 more for the 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom suite and they gave me a $50 arcade credit.
I bet GWL is similar so make sure you call rather than book online!

Kalahari! No comparison. So much fun and so much to do. Go early and you can have the waterpark 2 whole days plus at night there's great restaurants to choose from and a huge arcade to play in. Have the ice cream in the lobby. It's sooo good!
