Wow!

Is anyone else eating like a ravenous pig? I ate 3 donuts yesterday.

I'm going to have to be rolled out of the house when the world reopens and it ain't gonna be pretty.

Omg today I had a healthy breakfast of oatmeal and walnuts. Awesome. 2 hours later I was full on hungry and ate lunch at 1130 am...a tuna sandwich.
Then we were out and DH wanted coffee so he stopped at a bagel.shop and I got a bagel which I ate for my second lunch later.
Then DD had McDs for lunch and there was a left over cheeseburger so couldn't let that go to waste.
Then a small bowl of popcorn with the movie I just watched.
Dinner is up next.
Yeah....not good

I don’t like donuts. But 3 sounds like a good amount to be eating per day without any food.

I found out I’m not a stress eater. I probably have an eating disorder, but all I can keep down is a slice of pizza (half of a NY slice) and some chicken wings. I lost about 4 pounds so far.

Message from the future: stock up on cooking oil and chicken or any other broth.

My toilet paper has smiley emojis. Every time I pee I think about “I don’t have a square to spare.”

I used to be like that. I lost so much weight before my wedding, not because I was dieting for it, but because of my nerves. Between my last fitting and the big day I lost more weight and my dress was loose on top.
I'm still like that to an extent...if I'm really really upset about something I gag at the thought of food.
My eating through this is more out of boredom

Oh no no, there was more food. Donuts were snacks.

I did so good all day. Super healthy. Even went on a walk after I did an intense work out. Then...I ordered not one but two sangrias from ITA Kitchen in Bayshore. EAch was like 3 glasses. I was hammered. Ate 2 fajitas, a plate of nachos, rice and beans and topped that off with some oreos. FAT ASS Luckily I have sobered up so I won't be a pile of sh!t tomorrow when I have to work and teach. LOL

Also, just a prediction...AA meetings are going to be hopping when this whole situation passes.Chat Icon

So far I've been doing ok. Really trying to watch what I eat. I lost about 15 pounds since Dec and want to keep if off. So I bought myself a scale about a week ago to keep myself on track.

Wow!

I am trying not to eat too much, I usually don't have much food or snacks on hand, but with my son home I had to stock up on food and snacks. I am trying to keep myself busy working and not thinking about what is in my kitchen. not an easy task.

Wow!

I start off eating light. Then as the day progresses, i.e. at like 9pm at night (the worst time to eat), I go on a binge. It's ridiculous. I have been going on at walking and riding my bike though, so trying to burn some of it off. I miss the gym!
