Easter- Are You Seeing Anyone?
Hi, I've posted before about my MIL wanting to come over during this time. I just need reassurance again that I'm not being crazy about this topic. Is anyone seeing their parents/in-laws for Easter? No judgment!! If it matters, everyone involved in this scenario has been in isolation for at least 3 weeks now. Thanks! Happy Holiday!!

I doubt anyone would actually admit it if they were. Also, unless you literally have been in your home for the entire time, you aren't truly in isolation. Anyone who has been to the grocery store, pharmacy, or work is still a risk.
We are definitely not seeing anyone. My husband's family is Catholic and Easter is a big deal, but it's not worth the risk.

We’re not seeing anyone. We do not live local to any family. We’ve actually done solo Easter for the last few years so not really a change for us.
My sister offered to “host” my parents. She said her family would stay inside while my parents stayed outside on the patio. They could talk through the window. She will not let my parents inside her house under any circumstances. They did not take her up on the offer. Lol.

My sister offered to “host” my parents. She said her family would stay inside while my parents stayed outside on the patio. They could talk through the window. She will not let my parents inside her house under any circumstances. They did not take her up on the offer. Lol.
Geez I wonder why? 
Would they have to pee behind a tree?

Easter- Are You Seeing Anyone?
We live within 15 minutes of all grandparents. Well be getting the kids dressed up like normal, doing the egg hunt at our house, and then we will stop at both grandparents-they’re leaving baskets out for the kids, and will stay probably 10-15 feet away at all times while outdoors. In all, well probably be there for all of 10 minutes, and we’ll come home to have dinner by ourselves.

Oh ok. Lol. But it's been pretty cold out still so yeah that doesn't sound appealing.

Easter is usually at my parent's house. they are dropping off all the homemade food and my birthday cake tonight. DS waves at them from the window, we grab the bags say hello and go back inside. we are thinking of just skypeing with them during dinner tomorrow. will definitely skype with my bff.

We'll probably do a drive by, either grandparents come here or we'll drive by there. MIL is alone in her apt so she might want to drive over here just to get out of her 4 walls. I figure we can go outside for a bit and chat from a very far distance, let her see the kids. It's all so sad. Trying not to let it get to me. :(

I'm cooking the normal dinner, but it will just be us. I will drop off meals on the front porch of our older relatives that live nearby. I feel bad they are all alone.

No. We are staying home. We usually go to my parents every year and they have like 20 people there. So it is postponed until Whenever we can all get together again

I'm thinking of bringing the girls to stand outside just to see them, but I'm worried my parents won't stay inside. So, I haven't decided yet.

Nope...I’m totally fine spending Easter with just us.
I might feel differently if anyone was going to be alone, but anyone we usually spend with has a spouse or family at home to spend the day with.

We are going to drive by my parents house- they will stand on the front porch and we will stop and say hi. My mom is excited to see my daughter even if just to wave and talk from the car. The idea of just seeing us has really cheered my parents up.
