Anyone been to ER?
FIL was sent this morning by his primary dr. He had to be dropped off and my DH was told to go home.
We are all nervous now. Ugh

Anyone been to ER?
My FIL went a couple of weeks ago. He was there and then admitted for a few days. It was stressful but we knew it was the best place for him as he had fallen and fractured bones and potentially needed surgery.
It is hard in the beginning to get answers - and be careful if DH left a cell phone number as often time unknown numbers go straight to voicemail which was our case.
He did test positive for COVID at his arrival to rehab but, he remained asymptomatic (he has COPD and congestive heart failure so we were very concerned).

Anyone been to ER?
His reason isn't Covid related but he has an infection so there was no way to avoid it.

Our issue wasn't Covid related - it was related to a fall but, he did test positive for Covid once he was released.

Ok. Yea thats kind of what we are afraid of what is going to happen. Both he and my MIL have underlying conditions too.

My friends father had to go.
He ended up having to have emergency surgery too and stayed about 3-4 days after.
He had no issues after he was released.

Both of my sister in laws gave birth. They and their babies are all fine. So it was six people in my family at the hospital when you also add in my brothers who accompanied their wives. One in March and the other in April.
