Home Serve - CAC/Heat system contracts
Hello All - a non COVID question...
Who do you use for service contracts for CAC/Heating systems? I have Home Serve but they want a ridiculous amount for renewal. Are there any similar companies you would recommend?

We're using HomeServe but only this year because we they gave us a good deal. I also priced Universe Appliances and their price was close.
Our system is brand new. We had 2 issues the first year, which fell under our installation contract. We decided to take out the HomeServe contract for 1 year, but we'll probably drop it this year. Not worth it for a new system.
