For those looking for tutus...$11-13
I was in Nordstroms Rack at The Source today and there is a huge 2 tier round rack of outfits with a ton of cute tutus. I only looked quickly but they couple I looked at were $11.95-$13.95. Different pinks, some purples and I think there were some other colors in there - but mainly pinks.
Various style tutus too - some like the ones they were selling not long ago at Costco - but there are other style ones too.
Most were by Popatu - similar to these:
