Thank you Melijane!!!!!!!!!
Because of you, i went to whole foods and bought the Mothers Milk Plus..
first of all...wow does that taste DISGUSTING lolll..BUT...i have SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
much more milk just overnight, that i CANNOT believe it..
after ONE DAY of using it, i NO LONGER have ANY need to supplement with formula starting today..she is SOOOOOOO completely satisfied with just me..and im not struggling with both breasts to nurse her..shes eating from one side for a full 15-20 minutes and getting PLENTY..

anyone with supply issues, PLEASE go get this stuff...it is AMAZING!!

go to whole foods today, you will see a difference by the nite time feeding!! it was literally overnight for me..
theres a whole foods in jericho, and port washington, not sure where else..but it was worth the drive for me IMO..
i was taking 12 fenugreeks a day!! And although she was gaining and getting enough, i was supplementing with formula here n there as well!!
Now i wont ever have to!

I live in PA I don't have any whole foods by me but I just googled it anf found a website called lactaction innovation and I bought it!!!!
DS seems hungry almost after every feeding. He feeds every 2 hrs. When I pump I've been getting 2-4 oz total. He is getting a 6oz. bottle of formula before bedtime. I was hoping not to have to supplement anymor either. I just bought the capsules. They also have the tincture. I wonder if that's better. It came out to 29.95 total with shipping. Is that a good price???
I'm taking 9 fenugreeks a day and drinking mother's milk tea 2 times a day with 2 tea bags inside. I hope this works out!! Thanks for sharing.

actually i wish you wouldve emailed me before buying...the liquid works WAY faster the guy at whole foods told me..maybe itll work okay for you though..im taking the tincture..its gross..but worth it..i paid 19.95 for it..not sure what they sell it online for, but lemme know, if its cheaper by me ill pick it up for you..they also have a whole foods website so check that too..
im taking the fenugreek and tea too..i stopped both  only have to take this mothers milk thing now

It worked miracles for me too!
I mix it with a little bit of OJ..makes it a little more bearable to swallow.

u know what???? i HATE it with OJ...I think it tastes like stale communion wine  ive been doing crystal light fruit punch and its mmuuuccchhh better, thank u again...seriously

Thanks ladies for sharing this info ~ I had to stop bf because of my milk supply (+ a blood clot 2) but if I have #2 down the road ~ I will definately use this if my milk supply is low again!!
