Weird "shivering?" feeling
So, lately only at night, whenever I wake up on my back, and switch positions, I get this weird like shivering feeling in my abdomen (uterus?). I know this sounds weird, but it's like a shaking feeling--but not my whole body---just my uterus?? I guess it's probably a combination of using ab muscles to switch positions and maybe being a little cold??? I know this sounds so weird!? Im just (neurotically as usual) worried about this shaking hurting baby. Anyone else experience this? I'm 14 weeks.

your blood volume is increasing, it can cause shiver/pins and needle type symptoms
