What do you like to have with Turkey?? (with poll)
I making a turkey breast for a dinner with my boyfriend and his parents, they've never been to our apartment before, this will be the first time....help me with the menu....
note-his father has some cardiac problems, hence the turkey....
eta: I'm going to do two sides and then a veggie...I just can't decide what...either mashed potatoes and stuffing and then broccoli, or stuffing, turnips and corn...I just want to see what everyone's favorites were....

i'd do potatoes AND another side. I'd probably do mashed potatoes, corn, stuffing, and maybe green beans too. yum!

I'm going to do two sides, and then a veggie...I should have specified that...I'm going to either do mashed pots and stuffing, or mashed pots and mashed turnips...just not all three...and then I couldn't come up with what veggie...it seemed crazy to have mashed pots, stuffing and corn....but that might be what I end up doing....

I LOVE mashed, whipped potatoes!!!
When I roast a turkey - I usually serve the turkey, mashed potatoes, stuffing, broccoli w/cheese sauce, or green beans, with cranberry sauce. Sometimes I'll add biscuits.
