Introducing Miss Charlotte Parker
What an amazing week it's been. First I'm going to the Dr for a progress report...next I'm in labor and about to meet my Charlie!!
As you read from my sister's (LisaI) play-by-play, I progressed rather quickly...though I managed to push for over 2.5 hours  . My bum is slowly healing from that...today was my most mobile day - yay  ! My labor nurse was phenomenal...and my husband was incredible. It was a perfect combination of personalities that allowed me the birth I had hoped for. I am so grateful.
Charlie is gorgeous...full head of dark hair (that is getting lighter by the day), perfect pink baby skin...she is an eating machine!! We had our first appt for her this past Sat. She was born at 7.2 lbs and released at 6.12. At her appt she was 6.8. We had to go back today to determine whether or not I needed to supplement with formula. Happy to say my little monster impressed the Dr by weighing in at 6.15!!
So, without further ado...Charlotte Parker...

I would LOVE to name our first Charlotte--but it seems a little hokey since we live IN Charlotte, NC...
