My update- 2nd ivf scan Update 4pm
So now I have 9 follies on my right with the largest at 12 and smallest at 8 and 2 on my right both around 9. The NP said I will probably continue to stim for 2-3 days and then trigger.  So the end is in sight! They did my pre ER physical and everything was fine. Also, I got to meet Mrs.Messina/Shannon in the waiting room and that was great!
They said they could not recommend anything for my cold and to see my GP which annoyed me. I asked if he would know how to treat me in light of all ivf drugs and they said sure. I went to him and he had no clue. He was especially hesitant to prescribe anything b/c of the dexamethasone I am taking for ivf. He said I could take claritin. I took it and it hasn't helped at all.  I guess I will not take any more and just suffer through this. It sux. 6 injects per day and full on sinus pain/junk. Yucko.
UPDATE:
I guess I am getting close!! I continue my 4x a day lurpon and my menopur and my gonal f and go in again TOMORROW  I guess I am in the home stretch! Grow follies grow!!!

Great news on the update! Have you tried saline nasal spray for your cold? Maybe it'll help flush stuff out.

GREAT update!!! So excited for you! 
My DH was at your protocol... he couldn't even imagine. Sorry to hear they don't know what to recommend b/c of the meds.
Have you tried taking a hot bath or shower to see if the steam helps at all?  That sometimes helps break up my sinuses... HTH!

Yeah, that sound soooo great.
Oh one more natural cure on shannon's note. Those netty pots???? To clear out your sinuses. I don't think its fun but I do hear it works. Not sure if you can get them at the pharmacy or health store. Call your acupuncturist (Andrea) I'm sure there is something she can recommend or do acu for it.
