Preschools in Huntington Station?
Does anyone have any information on predchools in the Huntington Station area. DD will be starting next september and we just moved to the area and I have no idea where I would even send her. I know some schools require a year in advance registration.

Re: Preschools in Huntington Station?
totally crashing this board but I live in the area. There is St. Peters off E. 17th. stpetersnursery.com Gloria Dei is around there too. a couple of the other churches and synagogues in the area have preschools as well... I know the area well and although I don't have children yet and can't vouch for the quality of the programs I can answer questions about location etc.... Good luck!

Re: Preschools in Huntington Station?
West Hills Montesouri is very good..(I went to school with Kevin Gersh who is the owner-the family owns the big day camp too)
My girls went to St Hughs St Elizabeths for PreK...It was located at St Hughs at the time but I think the young kids are at St Elizabeths now on Wolf Hill Road. Miss Phyllis is fantastic and is a local mother.
I agree with the PP on St Peters and GloriaDei.
