Carriage/Pram
Does anyone have one? I remember loving when my mom had it for my brother. Obviously, it is not good to travel with, but for walks in the neighborhood, it would be perfect. But they are so costly.
IF you have it what are your thoughts?

I have the Peg Perego Venezia which is both a stroller and a carriage. BRU & BBB have them. It's a little $$$ - But worth it.

Re: Carriage/Pram
my cousin searched the classified section, found a great one for cheap. You can always buy the different accessories too, but atleast you have the base.

I have the same carriage and it is great. I honestly do not think you would use the Pram that often and it is very expensive.

My mother still has the one she used for me and my sister. It needs a good cleaning, but I love it!!! I told her not to get rid of it; not that I have any use for it yet.
Oh, and we each had our names embroidered on a lace thingy that was sewn on the little pillow. Memories.....

My dad refurbished my old carriage from 1970. It is so old fashioned and I love it. I used it for Andrew when he was an infant, but just for walks around my parents neighborhood. It was fun!

My mom wants to get me one like this...we all had them when we were younger. But I don't know if I can justify the cost. maybe if I let my nieces and nephews use it, when I have them

Re: Carriage/Pram
I have a bugaboo frog which has a carrycot on it, it was great as I used it in the house for the first 8 or so weeks when Noah napped and in the evening...which was rare. But now to be honest, I only use the car seat attachment on it because at 9 weeks, Noah likes to see whats going on, not laying on his back looking at the sky.
Its a pricey pram, but really light, easy to open and close and very easy to get in and out of the car. Its got fantastic shock absorption and turns on a dime. Image Attachment(s):

I have the Silver Cross one my mom had for me when I was a baby. Like I posted on pregnancy I used it more as a basinett in the house then walks through the neigborhood.
