Putting a FSBO up on MLSLI
Someone just menetioned to me that there might be a possibility of getting my co-op up on MLSLI even as a FSBO. They said that they recently saw a house where the owners had done this and that they were able to work out a deal with MLSLI with some fees required. Has anyone heard of this? Can someone lead me in the right direction?

Just put it up - should see it in about 72 hours. So far a smooth process. I just wanted to say thanks for the help with this.

They put a lot of ads up on Craigslist. So maybe the people at MLSIsland are listing the postings on craigslist.com as well?

I think they list on about 15 sites including MLSLI so could be.
