I attended a great class near my house in south bellmore. It was $16 per class and the instructor was the nicest! the class size was small and the other preggos were nice too.

That's good to know - Genna are you interested in going? I would definitely go! I bought a prenatal yoga dvd but we have yet to hook up the dvd player since we moved.

Also in Wantagh -- there is a prenatal yoga class Tuesdays at 11am I think. (I don't take that one, which I did)
First class is free, $12 per class or $100 for 10.
