there area is actually nice - great block! I am very familiar with the area - every house on the block is nice and it's a very quiet street.
The house needs work though. I personally cannot stand when people just dormer the back for the bathroom - it looks so odd from the outside! JMO.

Worth a look at that price. The area is definitely nice. What is up with that "dormer" though? and no pics of inside the house  "Needs TLC" is one of those suspicious realtor terms though. If you know the price of doing any updates or "TLC" that you might need to give it, then factor that into the price you'd be willing to pay if it has potential.
