Stuffed Mushrooms

If you love mushrooms give this a try!
Ingredients
- 1-2 cups bread crumbs
- 1-2 packages of gourmet stuffing mushrooms
- 1/2 chopped green pepper
- 3/4 stick butter
- chopped garlic (to taste)
- chopped mushroom stems
- lemon juice (about 1/2 cup)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
- white wine for dish
Instructions
chop the stems from the mushrooms and add all ingredients except bread crumbs to the sauce pot...
Once the butter begins to melt then add the bread crumbs in. If you cook on a low heat this will make a really tasty stuffing.
Stuff each mushroom, and pour some white wine in bottom of pan before cooking in oven. The mushrooms will absord the wine for a nice flavor.
Cook for 15 minutes on 425 degrees and enjoy!
Serve With
Any meal or as an appetizer!
