Best Ever 1 Point Chili

This is SO yummy!!!! It is 1 point for a cup. I top it with Cabot 50% light cheddar (2 pts per 1 ounce) and melt it in the microwave and add a little Chalula hot sauce (stop and shop or Waldbaums) or any mexican hot sauce, since I like it spicier. It is an awesome 3 point lunch or main dish for dinner.
Ingredients
- 1 15 ounce can chopped (diced) tomatoes
- 1 16 ounce can (or 2 - 8 ounce cans) of tomato sauce (I prefer delmonte)
- 1 can corn
- 1 can fat free refried beans (I prefer Taco Bell brand)
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 1 can Pinto Beans
- 1 cup water
- 1 large onion
- 1 lb of lean ground beef
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch DRESSING mix (NOT buttermilk one)
- 1 package taco seasoning(I prefer taco bell brand)
- 1- 4 ounce can chopped green chilis
Instructions
Chop onion and brown ground beef. Add the rest of the ingredients (DO NOT drain anything.) Bring to a boil over medium heat and then simmer for 15 minutes.
