We “all” count calories, at least most of us do; and for the mass majority that means paying close attention to what we put in out mouth, except of course if it comes in liquid form. From lattes to beverages with a stronger kick we treat liquids as if they are devoid of fat and calories, but nothing could be further from the truth. In fact, it’s often these uncalculated calories that add up. In fact, according to experts between 14 to 18 percent of our caloric intake is consumed in the form of liquids, so it’s imperative to pay attention to what you’re sipping.
Water, tea, and milk are all highly recommended, with milk getting the most accolades for helping your preserve and maintain an ideal and healthy weight.
