For those who can bear the air conditioning, this is a great time of year for baring a little more skin, even at the office. But, when it comes to keeping it professional and not provocative, there may just be a fine line between sophistication and sexy and outright suggestive and possibly “slutty”.
· Upper Management: Regardless of your age or your position in the company, it’s best to keep “the girls” under wraps and under control. And, trying to get to the top by showing of your top may undermine your mind. But, don’t toss your low cut shirts, blouses or sweaters just yet. Simply pair them with a sexy camisole, undershirt or tank and take it from sexy to sophisticated.
· Getting a leg up on the competition: Fashion experts suggest that showing off a little extra leg is the easiest and most standard way to add summer sex appeal to your work wardrobe without offending or going over the top. Make sure however that your skirt never rides up more than 2 inches above the knee. And, if you do sport a mini make sure to opt for the ballerina flats.
· Putting your best foot forward Sexy peep toe heels can also be perceived as professional and a power shoe. But, flip-flops, say fashion experts can be a bit too casual, not to mention “flippin” annoying. Last, but not least, remember, if you’re going to “bare” your feet, make sure you first take care of callused heels and chipped nails.
