According to recent surveys, even as the longer days and warmer nights are heading to an end, most are opting for steer clear of the tele.
With little in innovating programming most continue to express disappointment and disdain for what the upcoming season seemingly has to offer, while other (also) proffer that sitting in front of the set accomplishes nothing more than watching others live their lives instead of being out their living your own.
Not to mention that more and more are taking a conservative approach to what they watch. That’s right, there seems to be a trend in clean quality entertainment, a movement that is leaving many Hollywood head not too happy. But, the facts are the facts that wholesome entertainment seems to be gaining in popularity as stats show that G and PG films are topping the charts.
And, with blockbusters such as Cars, The Aunt Bully, Barnyard, and yes, even Pirates, perhaps network producers should start taking their cue from big screen directors….savvy?
