Your family is in my thoughts and prayers. I hope that you are able to receive the help you need. If you have a religious leader (priest, rabbi, cleric) perhaps they have some guidance or books they could recommend to help your children handle their feelings. Also at such a young age, an art therapist might be helpful for them to express their emotions.

I'm assuming this is a medical situation and I would speak with the social workers at your hospital. There are also sone non-profits that may be able to get you the help you need
