I would suggest you call your insurance company for referrals if you are using insurance. Also you could call the Nassau County Psychological Association for referrals as well. I'm in Suffolk, otherwise I could help you connect with the Suffolk association and providers out here. Wish I had more to offer you.

North Shore Child and Family Guidance in Roslyn is wonderful. They have an excellent staff and are one of the few counseling locations that will work with children under 6. 516-626-1971

I'm so sorry for what you're going through. I highly recommend Hospice Care Network's Children's Bereavement Counseling (which is wonderful and free even if you haven't used hospice services).
Not sure where you live but the main bereavement location is in Bay Shore, the number is (631) 666-6863. They also can come to your home or work out of their Woodbury office.
