Need a Yoga Studio HELP!
Any recommended Yoga Studios for a beginner for private or small group lessons. Preferably, Western Suffolk but open to any suggestions! Thanks

Yoga Works is located in Babylon - right by the Gemelli marketplace.
I have never been, but I have heard good things about it.

Thanks - I am interested in doing something else instead of just the gym. I seem to be at a point where I can't lose but I am not gaining. I need to change up my routine!

if you are at a plateu, maybe it's your program? Do you change up the type of exercises you do (strength and endurance) and the types and intensity of the cardio?
