WW Core plan...
Can someone explain this plan to me.. I want to try it but if it is anythin glike the points plan I can not be bothered. Too much counting for me..

you can eat until you are full from a list of certain whole foods (lean meats, whole grains, fruits, veggies) and then you are allowed 35 points for the week of "extras".
There is very little point counting involved.
