Some of the food was good - but all of the food is made with Soy and it made me sick. Fm me for more details

I was very excited to try it and hated 80% of the food. I know some women love it but I just didn't.

The food was DISGUSTING!!!! I absolutely love to eat.... and this food turned me off to eating so much that I dreaded my next meal. DH and I did it last year to lose a little weight before our cruise... we were so sorry we invested over 600.00!! It wasnt even worth 60 bucks! But that just my honest opinion.

I returned all my unopened packages and got a refund.
