Kelly Osbourne already planning plastic surgery

At the ripe old age of twenty-two, Kelly Osbourne is already anticipating the procedures she will elect to have done to her person when she's old and grey. Starpulse News Blog reports:

She says, "I'm planning my surgery. I just haven't got anything saggy so there's no point yet! Most of my friends have had work done, and my mum's had just about everything you can have done, done, so I know there are right and wrong ways to do it. And I don't want to be like everyone else in LA."
I know I go on and on about how aging is a natural process and how plastic surgery will never really help us attain the youth to which we so desperately cling, but I have to admit that I too will probably one day volunteer to go under the knife. As much as I've struggled all my life with my insecurities about my appearance, the truth of the matter is, this third eye simply isn't going to grow itself.
