I could lose 80-90, I think that is ALOT, but I would be very happy with 60. OMG saying that out loud really sucks.

Me, I need to lose 100 pounds, and that wouldnt even get me down to the 'ideal weight' on those charts.
I havent been using the scale - it just depresses me and I become obsessed with it. I know if I stay on plan I'll lose; I'm using the 'how do i look, feel physically and how does the clothes feel' measurements
FM me if you'd like to talk, I know how it feels.....!

I do and it totally stinks.
I wan to TTC #2 but I won't until I lose at least 45 pounds (to get to where I was when I had Kevin.)
I'm really starting to feel the effects of this weight on my body. My knees hurt, its hard to stand up when I'm sitting on the floor with my DS and just generally feel terrible. Forget about buying clothes. It seems one day I'll buy something and the next time I wear it its too tight.
My downfall is nighttime eating. I can go all day without eating and then after the baby goes to bed and I sit down to relax thats when I start eating too much junk food.
I'd love to talk to other girls who need to lose a lot of weight.

I probably have everyone on the board beat. I need to lose just under 200 lbs. It's very embarassing to say so, but it's the truth and it'll probably take me years but I need to keep trying to do it.
I'm on week 2 of ww and down 4.2 lbs. I was really hoping for bigger losses, but I'll take whatever I can get!

If I went by the nasty height weight chart, I would be about the same. But I realized that by those charts, EVERYONE needs to lose 30+ pounds, probably even Nicole Richie!
