Hmmm, I'm going to have to disagree - it's all relative. I'm the picture of health  with the same measurements. Well, not the boob measurements just height and weight. lol
I know a lot of women who lose a ton of weight after having a child - especially if they're breast feeding and even moreso if they're running after toddlers.
I think she looks like she always does.

i agree - my sils were even thinner then usual after kids
hopefully this runs in the family some how

I'll admit I've been conditioned by the people in my life who tell me I need medical attention when I drop below 125lbs  , even though I know I'm perfectly healthy at that weight, but I still think she looks thinner than before her pregnancy.
