My E2 level fell from 174, to 96 overnight. Is that bad??? Does it damage the eggs?

I have PCOS and I am on follistim with IUI. They had to cancel my cycle last month because I responded too well to the meds. They lowered me to 25ius last night, but now they increased me to 75ius for the next 2 nights.
