Vermont or New Hampshire?
Any suggestions for places to go for 3 days in either state in the beginning of April?
Preferably a city/town where there is at least one thing to do...DH needs to be entertained!
Thanks!

dh & i went to new hampshire... mount washington area... it was really nice... lots to do & sight see there... the name of the town is....conway, we stayed in this inn north of conway on your way to mount washington, it was fabulous!! fireplace & jacuzzi in the room, gorgeous indoor pool & spa services.
we did a day @ mount washington, a railroad tour, shopping, moose tours!! the best!!! we took a scenic drive to canada through a national forest... it was a blast!!

LOVE New Hampshire. We always stay in Lincoln which is where Loon Mtn is so there are things to do there. Conway is really nice too. If you like hiking then you'll love it- there are some amazing hikes in the White Mountains

DH and I got to NH about once every 3 months! We want to move. I also suggest North Conway, or any region in the White Mountains. Littleton is nice too.

Love NH!
We go to Squam Lake in Holderness, but usually in the warmer weather.
In the winter you can ski ....
But April is mud season in NH LOL there may be some hiking to be done but in the Lakes Region I don't think there is much else til the summer. Just pure relaxing

My sister lives in Vermont so we go often. I love Burlington - it's such a neat little city. Boat rides on Lake Champlain, and there is always some kind of festival going on.

I love the North Conway/Mt Washington area. My friend lives just north of there so I try to head up once a year.

Vermont Manchester Equinox Hotel Stratton Mountain is 20 minutes away, the town has a movie theater, restaurants, and outlets, and a spa.
