Weekend Getaway?...UPDATE...THANKS!!

DH and I are both off a Sunday, Monday and Tuesday in February. I wanted to make the most of it and go somewhere for the weekend. We are not really city people, so other than that - does anyone have a fav. destination for weekends?

***Update...Thanks Kam for suggesting Cape May. That is where we wound up this past weekend. DH and I had a GREAT time!

There is so much to be said for getting away once in a while. We have been married for 1.5 years and I had already been saying that I feel like we are no longer Newlyweds BUT then...we went away. Getting away from the house and the bills and the family etc. etc. really brings you back to realizing how great your SO is. It was so nice. Anyway, we stayed at the Carroll Villa (really cute) and we took a wine-tasting class, went to an antiques show, went on a "Ghosts of Cape May" trolley ride, climbed the lighthouse and went roller skating (using REAL roller skates!). It was a very nice place for a quiet, weekend getaway! Then we met my cousins for two days in Atlantic City and lost all our money

Do you like to ski? Hunter Mountain isn't too far away and it's beautiful up there.

DH and I stayed in a B&B last time and loved it. It was called the Rosehaven Inn.

I am not sure I can convince my husband to go skiing - he has never gone and it would hurt his pride if he wasn't good right away

We were thinking of PA and then were going to meet my cousins in Atlantic City on the way home.

Anyone have any suggestions in PA?

Cape May, NJ, they have some great places open during the winter, you'd be right near AC.
