Urban Rebounding
My gym offers an Urban Rebounding class (personal trampolines). I am curious, but I don't know of anyone who has done it. Anyone try it? How is it? Is it a good workout and entertaining?

I used to do it and I loved it!
It's way more fun that so many other workouts and it isnt too difficult. It just takes a little while to get used to jumping on the trampoline without getting scared that you are going to fall off.

I actually went tonight and I loved it too! It was fun and different. I know I am going to be so sore tomorrow and I already have blisters on my big toes!
