CD 1 is the first day of your period

I dont understand what your asking either...
For example...a typical cycle is 28 days lets say.
So CD1 is the day you get your period...and so is CD2, and CD# etc...then you move into the pre ovulation stage and usually ovulate around CD14-20....And then you will get your NEXT period around CD 28-35 and you start all over at CD1 again...
Make more sense?? And my CD 33's are just averages....

Also, if your on CD21 that would mean your in the middle of your "CYCLE" and you will get your perios soon. When you do get your period, the first day of your period that is coming will be cycle day 1 all over again.
I think that might explain it better
