I have an OPK question...

Yesterday, AF decided to leave and I think I should start using an OPK today, only because my cycles have been so crazy. But the test says I should not go to the bathroom for 4 hours and drink very little, and that I should do this between 12:00noon and 8:00pm. Is this going to be as hard as it seems? Did someone else use a brand that I can use 1st thing in the morning or are they all like this?

You can use the clearblue fertility monitor in the AM. It gives you a six hour window. I like using it because using fmu,....makes things a little easier. However, this past cycle, I used everything imaginable :) lol Opks, the monitor and even my new saliva microscope :)
