I just started walking today my FH got me a treadmill for mothers day that I wasnted so I started it tonite boy am I outta shape

I live in Long Beach so I walk the boardwalk. I've recently motivated myself to walk everday - sometimes halfway sometimes the whole thing.

I will just go around my neighborhood, up and down my blocks. It is not busy.

I despise running! No offense to people who like it though!
It just kills my knees, my back, and, it's hard! 
When I'm not at the gym, I'm either going on a brisk walk with the dog, or I'm doing a workout video.
