Honestly, I use the Shake n' Bake for pork chops. It is DH's favorite. The pork chops stay nice and juicy.

Ditto. It has all the right spices, instead of us trying to fuss with it getting it right.

Re: breaded pork chops??
i make them like i make my chicken cutlets.... dip in egg and then in a 50-50 breadcrumb(or panko) grated cheese mix, then fry in very hot oil.
my friend dips them in mayo and then breadcrumb, then bakes them-sounds kinda gross but actually they were surprising good!

Re: breaded pork chops??
I use a recipe from Giada De Laurentis - I can't find the exact one. I salt and pepper the chops. Then I dip the pork chops in freshly grated pamesan cheese, then egg, and then breadcrumbs (italian seasoned). I pan fry them on top of the stove until golden and then I finish them off in the oven - usually at 350 for about 25 -30 minutes depending on how thick they are.
