PCOS and dieting...
Anyone on here have PCOS and are trying to lose weight? Looking for motivation and the best way to approach this. TIA!!!

When I went on Metformin I dropped about 25 lbs. I followed a modified south beach diet and did cardio 3-4 times a week.

I too have PCOS and I'm having one heck of a time losing my preggo weight.
I do cardio 5 times a week and am doing WW and its been a month and I've gained weight.
I give up
