well, if you're looking for a cool steak sauce to go with it, i have an awesome cola steak sauce recipe that i got from a rachel ray magazine...
1 cup of coke/pepsi/cola 1 cup ketcup 1/4 cup A1 steak sauce
throw it all into a small sauce pan and heat it to simmer it all together. serve it warm over the steak it really comes out great- kind of sweet and tangy at the same time

Re: Need an Easy but Good Steak Recipe!!
I watched Rachel Ray one day and she said to leave rib steaks out on counter for about 10 minutes, I guess to get out the chill, sprinkle some Kosher salt and fresh black pepper on top and then broil. I made it that way and it was great. DH loved it, nice and simple and tasted good. HTH

Try this recipe it's to die for and very easy! Teriyaki Steak
I use the kikoman teriyaki sauce very yummy. I usually serve it with a baked sweet potato or sweet potato fries and asparagus or green beans.
