Snack ideas after workout
I work out at night. Im working to lose weight and tone. I am starving afterwards. What are some good snacks to eat directly after. I know they should be high in protein. TIA.

You should definitely eat something more than a snack if you're starving. Just make sure it's some sort of slow digesting carb plus some protein. Last night I had to eat at almost 8pm after working out and had a chicken cutlet and whole wheat pasta (didn't have any veggies on hand!)

i just posted a brown rice dish that is delicious, it is borwn rice, raisins, almonds, maple syrup, low fat milk, vanilla etract and cinnamon, it is a warm dish, I loved it!!!
