Depends on how it looks on.
It looks like it has the potential to cling to all the wrong spots. In that case, it's a Nay.
If it hangs nicely on, then I say Yay.

Where I am it is Autumn.
I've bought it in a brownish purpulish colour and it hangs nicely. I am not completely sure about it, b/c it is different from anything I would buy. It isnt as see through as the pic looks and it hangs nicely.
I have a wedding this afternoon, and I wouldnt wear it to a wedding in NY, but weddings here are different and this one is sort of casual. I figured I could dress it up with some nice shoes and a necklace. I may return it and just wear something completely different. I am not crazy about the fashion this autumn. 
ETA: I like it b/c it makes me look like I have boobs, lol.
