Awww - you have a nice Mom! I'm pretty sure they have them at Target for a good price! You should pick one up the next time you're there! Chat Icon

Re: Looking for a Great Quiche Recipe

Quiche lorraine (quick and easy)

- Get frozen puffed pastry dough. Thaw and roll to fit in a 8 inch square/round dish
- "poke" the dough with a fork on the bottom.
- Put in oven for a few minutes.

- Cook "thick" bacon. Drain, and crumble
- Cube some ham (I have the deli counter slice 1 slice VERY thick... like 1/2 inch). That way when you cut it, you can cut it in cube size
- Slice small white mushrooms. Cook in pan and drain (mushrooms are optional).
- In bowl, mix eggs, shredded cheese, bacon, ham.

Put mixture in dish (with partially cooked dough).

Put in oven

It's cooked when you put a tooth pick in center and it comes out clean. Takes about 35-45 minutes depending on your oven.

Serve a slide over a bed of lettuce.
