I teach a cluster position and I have about 5 weeks left with my K-2 classes.

In June, the curriculum focuses on looking at different kinds of communities.


Urban, suburban and rural.
Any ideas for an activity?


I was thinking of extending this with my kindergarten classes and maybe looking at communities or homes around the world. I know that that is 3rd grade curriculum, but I thought we would have fun.

I was thinking of having them build something? I am not really sure.

Any thoughts?
